Shipping Information

GROUND SHIPPING: Christie Jean™ offers FREE ground shipping through FedEx on orders going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 4-10 business days for arrival.

2-DAY SHIPPING: Christie Jean™ offers expedited orders through FedEx 2-Day delivery for $30. This does not include fulfillment time, which can take 1-3 business days.

Alaska and Hawaii: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via FedEx 2-Day delivery for $20.

Currently we do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands.
International Shipping to select countries coming soon.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If an order contains an item with a delayed ship date, such as a pre-order item(s), the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please select an upgraded shipping option.

Order Cancellation

For in-stock items & pre-order items, you can cancel an order as long as the order is still being processed. Please send an email to support@christiejean.com with your order number if you wish to cancel an order. An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.

Return & Exchanges

Christie Jean™ accepts returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery date. Please note, all packages are tracked.

Items returned must be undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and packaging — dust bag, price tag, care card, etc.

All returns must be authorized by Christie Jean™. Please make a return request by emailing support@christiejean.com. If you’re approved, you’ll be provided a return shipping label.

How to Send Your Return

Step 1 – Please request authorization to make a return within 14 days of delivery date by sending an email to support@christiejean.com. Please provide your order number and the item that you would like to return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for US Orders only.

Step 2 – Securely repackage your return with protective packaging.

Step 3 – Affix the prepared shipping label to your package.

Step 4 – Drop off your package at a FedEx location or visit https://www.fedex.com to arrange for a free pickup. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. The refund will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. Original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable.

Christie Jean™ reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

Exchanges

Christie Jean™ does not offer exchanges. If you are looking for a different color of an item already purchased, you can simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Please note shipping charges will apply.
